2. Credit-Based System
2.1 How Credits Work
Our platform operates on a credit-based system where credits are consumed based on the type, quality, and complexity of content generated:
- AI Image Generator: Credits vary by resolution and quality settings (1-5 credits per image)
- AI Video Generator: Credits vary by duration, resolution, and features (5-25 credits per video)
- Advanced Features: AI Agent Mode, batch processing, and premium models consume additional credits

2.2 Credit Expiration
Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active with a valid subscription. If you cancel your subscription, any remaining credits will be available for 30 days from the cancellation date.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Eligible Refund Scenarios
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Technical Failures: System errors that prevent credit delivery or service access
- Duplicate Charges: Accidental multiple charges for the same transaction
- Unauthorized Charges: Charges made without your authorization (must be reported within 48 hours)

4. Subscription Refunds
4.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription refunds are prorated based on usage:
- Refund requests within 7 days of initial subscription with less than 10% credit usage: Full refund
- Refund requests after 7 days: Prorated refund for unused days if less than 25% of monthly credits used
- No refund if more than 25% of monthly credits have been consumed
4.2 Annual Subscriptions
- Full refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 5% of annual credits used
- Prorated refund for unused months if less than 15% of annual credits consumed (processing fee may apply)
- No refund after 90 days from purchase date or if more than 15% of credits used
4.3 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is provided for the current billing cycle unless you meet the eligibility criteria above.

8. Credit Adjustments
Instead of monetary refunds, we may offer credit adjustments in the following cases:

Credit adjustments are added directly to your account and follow the same expiration rules as purchased credits.

10. Account Termination
If you choose to permanently delete your account:
- No refund is provided for remaining credits or active subscriptions
- You must cancel your subscription before account deletion
- Account deletion is irreversible and all data will be permanently removed within 30 days
- Subscriptions must be cancelled separately through account settings before deletion
11. Fair Use Policy
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we determine to be:
- Abusive or fraudulent in nature
- Part of a pattern of repeated refund requests
- Made in bad faith or with intent to exploit our policy
- Related to violations of our Terms of Service or acceptable use policies
Accounts with a history of refund abuse may be subject to additional verification requirements or restriction from future refund eligibility.

For customers outside the United States:
- All refunds are processed in USD regardless of your local currency
- Currency conversion fees charged by your bank are not refundable
