The pets and people are original characters generated for this page, not real animals, accounts or the template clip. The two clips are remixes of Seedance 2.0 Fast clips made on airapvideo.homes on November 3, 2026: re-cut, reframed and color graded for this page, not mirrored, with no new AI generation; both duets started from two photos. The three stills were made here with GPT Image from one cat photo and are stills only. In the workbench you pick from the models and credits shown. Last checked .

STILL FIRST

Make strike a pole from one pet photo in two steps

Build the still of your pet standing with a paw on the lamp post, check the coat and face, then press Animate it to play the dance.

  1. 01

    Build the standing still

Upload one photo of your cat or dog alone, whole body in view, eyes open, in daylight. Pick Pole Swing, Twirl or Moonwalk and press Build the still. Image to Image keeps the coat and face and stands your pet on its hind legs on a brick path by an old green lamp post, 9:16.

  2. 02

    Check coat and face

Look at the coat colour, markings, eyes and tail before you spend a video run. If it does not look like your pet, upload a sharper daylight photo and press Rebuild the still.

  3. 03

    Animate the dance

Press Animate it. Image to Video starts on the still and runs the stand, the grab, the swing round the post and a little bow in about 10 seconds. The credits show on each button before you run it.

PICK THE MOVE

Strike a pole moves

Pole Swing is the original turn round the post, Twirl spins on the spot under the light, and Moonwalk slides backwards along the path.

THE PUN AND THE WAVE

Where strike a pole started

A pet template on AI video sites from October 30, 2026, riding an AI cat dance wave that had 110.9 million views under #aicatdance by November 1.

October 30

Strike A Pole, a pun on strike a pose, started as a pet template on two AI video template sites on October 30, 2026. It is built on a short AI clip of an orange tabby and a calico on a red-brick path between hedges on a grey day: one grabs an old iron lamp post and swings round it, the other cuts in, and they end in a hug. One of the sites counted 1,488 uses by November 1.

The cat dance wave

It rides a bigger AI cat dance wave: one dancing cat by @vizzion.ai passed 11.5 million TikTok views after August 29, 2026, and #aicatdance held 3,570 videos and 110.9 million views on November 1. #strikeapole itself had only two older, unrelated videos.

Your clip comes with an original jazz-swing beat; add a sound in TikTok when you post, or make a track on AI Music.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Strike a pole FAQ

Can one pet do strike a pole alone?

Yes. One photo gives a solo dance round the lamp post: Pole Swing, Twirl or Moonwalk. The duet in the samples started from two photos.

Why build the standing still first?

You check the coat, markings and face of your pet standing up before any video credits go on the dance. If it does not look like your pet, press Rebuild the still.

Is strike a pole only for cats?

No. Dogs and other pets work too. Use a whole-body photo with the eyes open, in daylight.

Is there a CapCut template for strike a pole?

We found none under that name; the templates are on AI video sites. Here one photo and the browser are enough: Build the still, then Animate it.

Does the clip have music?

It comes with an original jazz-swing beat and no lyrics. Add a sound in TikTok when you post, or make a track on AI Music.
